Scope & Limitations
Transparency is the foundation of trust. Here's what Alpha Hawk does—and what we do not guarantee.
Risk Reality Statement
Cybersecurity and technology services reduce risk but cannot eliminate it entirely. No solution, process, or provider can guarantee zero incidents, breaches, or disruptions.
Ultimate risk ownership remains with the customer. Alpha Hawk provides visibility, guidance, structured support, and secure implementation—but the responsibility for infrastructure, policy enforcement, and business decisions lies with you.
What We Do NOT Guarantee
Setting realistic expectations is essential for responsible service delivery.
Breach Prevention
We implement industry-standard controls, monitoring, and secure design practices. However, we do not guarantee that breaches will never occur.
Zero Incidents
Security is a continuous process, not a one-time fix. We reduce likelihood and impact—not eliminate all possibility.
Regulatory Certification
Alpha Hawk aligns with frameworks like NIST and ISO/IEC 27001 principles, but we are not a certification body. Compliance decisions remain with you.
Automatic Remediation
We provide guidance, planning, and coordination—not autonomous incident remediation unless explicitly contracted and scoped.
Monitoring Scope
Unless explicitly contracted otherwise, monitoring services provided by Alpha Hawk are:
- •Tool-based: Leveraging platforms and solutions configured for your environment
- •Periodic: Scheduled reviews and assessments, not continuous real-time observation
- •Scoped: Limited to agreed systems, assets, and timeframes
Alpha Hawk does not operate a default 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) unless explicitly agreed and contracted.
Incident Response Definition
When we refer to "incident response," we mean:
- •Planning: Developing response playbooks and procedures
- •Advisory Support: Guidance during and after incidents
- •Coordination: Assisting with communication and escalation
- •Documentation: Post-incident analysis and reporting
Incident response does not automatically include hands-on remediation, forensic investigation, or legal representation.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Specific performance metrics, response times, and service commitments are defined in individual contracts and service agreements.
Where uptime, availability, or monitoring targets are stated on this website, they represent design goals and capabilities—not contractual guarantees unless explicitly documented in a signed agreement.
